புதுடில்லி: விருந்தோம்பல்துறையான ஹோட்டல்துறையில் சுமார் 4 லட்சம் பேர் வேலை இழக்கும் அபாயம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளதாக ஹோட்டல் அசோசியேசன் ஆப் இந்தியா தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

ஹோட்டல் அசோசியேசன் ஆப் இந்தியாவின் துணை தலைவர் கே.பி.கச்ரு தெரிவித்து இருப்பதாவது: ஹோட்டல் துறையானது மொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தியில் 9 சதவீதத்தை கொண்டுள்ளது.தற்போதைய சூழ்நிலையில் அரசு அடுத்த ஓராண்டிற்கு கடன் உள்ளிட்டவைகளை ஒத்திவைக்கவேண்டும்.

வரும் 2020-21 நிதியாண்டில் இத்துறையின் வருவாய் ரூ.5 லட்சம் கோடி வருவாய் இழப்பு ஏற்பட வாய்ப்புஉள்ளது. மேலும் இத்துறையில் உள்ள ஊழியர்களுக்கு அரசு, 3 மாத காலத்திற்கு 50 சதவீதம் ஊதியத்தை வழங்க வேண்டும் என கூறி உள்ளார்.
