இதனிடையே 2020-2021 ம் கல்வி ஆண்டிற்கான கட்டண வசூலிலும் இறங்கியுள்ளது. சம்பளம் கேட்ட பல ஆசிரியர்களை உடனடியாக பணிநீக்கம் செய்து மற்ற ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மறைமுக எச்சரிக்கையும் விடுக்கின்றன.

கொரோனாவால் பள்ளிக்கூடங்கள் மூடப்பட்ட நிலையில் ஆன்லைன் வகுப்புகள் என்று தனியாக ஒரு கட்டணமும் வசூலித்து கொழுத்த இலாபம் பார்க்கிறது தனியார் பள்ளிக்கூடங்கள். ஆனால் அதை பயிற்றுவிக்கும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு சம்பளமே கொடுக்காமல் ஏமாற்றி வருவது அதிர்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

இப்படி சம்பளம் கொடுக்காமல் தனியார் பள்ளிகள் கட்டாய வேலை வாங்குவதால் வேறு ஏதேனும் தற்காலிக வேலைகளுக்கும் செல்ல முடியாமல் பலர் பட்டினியின் பிடியில் சிக்கி தவிக்கின்றனர்.

தனியார் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களின் கூட்டமைப்பு மூலம் ஏதாவது நிவாரணம் கிடைக்குமா என்று சில ஆசிரியர்கள் முயன்றுள்ளனர். அவர்களை வேலையை விட்டு தூக்குவதாக பள்ளி நிர்வாகம் மிரட்டியதால் செய்வதறியாமல் திகைத்து நிற்கின்றனர் அந்த தனியார் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்கள். அரசு உடனடியாக தலையிட்டு தங்களுக்கு உரிய சம்பளத்தை தனியார் பள்ளிகள் வழங்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்பதே தனியார் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களின் கோரிக்கையாக உள்ளது.
